DAY 10 - 365 DAY BLOG OF HEALTH & FITNESS

Worked this morning, love working Saturday's as it is a real social day meeting and greeting people at my Open Homes.

Finished work at around 2:00ish. I have been starving all day but my food is on track.

Home to do some book work and send out reminders to our group fitness clients that our sessions for 2015 start at 6:00am on Monday.

My daughter-in-law put a message on face book to say my little grandson had helped make cauliflour rice and vegetable frittata. I asked where mine was and before I knew it they had driven out of town to give me my dinner. I had just finished telling everyone else in the house-hold to make their own dinner and then I had mine delivered :).

A metabolic precise meal cooked by my grandson - it doesn't get any better than that.

No exercise for me today.
