Another busy couple of weeks have passed with lots of parties and celebrating Xmas.
It is interesting watching what my friends eat and what everyone believes to be healthy.
Everyone who knows me well will usually just pass me with the bread and cakes and alcohol. One particular friend was totally amazed when I had half a bread roll with butter the other night.
The one thing I love about MP is that you don't have to be perfect, depending on your goals you can always be only 90% compliant and get outstanding results. So every now and again I will have those food that I would normally not eat, I eat them slow, enjoy every mouthful and then just eat compliant from the next meal.
