Kim's MP Maintenance Update

Welcome back to my MP Blog - A journey of a Real Estate Agent and MP Level 4 Transformation Specialist.

Life has been that busy that I am not sure where the last week finished and this week ended but here is a quick run down of the last week or so.

Celebrated my Mum's birthday (also my cousin's birthday) and had a lovely catch up over lunch. I ordered Barra and veges - I didn't eat the potato as I was outside the MP window -

Attended my lovely monthly Heart Link Meeting for women in business at the lovely Quality Inn and had a lovely night. If you live in Dubbo pop over have wine by the fire and a beautiful dinner Monday to Friday nights. Our lovely host put on a lovely spread. I had Barra with pumpkin and greens.

On Saturday night my hubby took me out for dinner on the spur of the moment and we went to three restaurants and all were booked out. We finally found a nice quite hotel and I again ordered salmon and veges. A lovely piece of salmon with mashed pumpkin and veges.

I probably have not been out to lunch or dinner for 2 months but I certainly made up for it this week.

My hubby's brother was also down from Cairns and we all dined out for lunch and again you guessed it I ordered Salmon and Veges. No photo this time but all the meals above are all MP compliant. I love to have fish when I go out as I usually do not cook it at home.

I work 6 days a week in Real Estate and I just love helping my clients sell their homes and I love matching buyers with their dream home - it is a great job.

On Wednesday night I got together with my MP webinar girls and went through week 10 of our nutrition program. I also teach a face to face program but it has just ended and my next set of programs will be commencing on 1st September.

I teach FIRE (Focused Intense Exercise) twice a week to my clients at Chizen Health Club and I get such a kick out of meeting up with this lovely group of ladies. This past week one of my lovely clients announced her engagement so we went out to coffee to celebrate. I always call it coffee but I had a lovely pot of green tea.

I took my beautiful grandchildren to the Circus on the weekend (it was sooo good - I think I enjoyed it more than the kids) and while everyone around was eating fairy floss, ice creams, slushies, pop corn etc I took my own MP precise meal in my handbag (low fat yoghurt with protein powder, flaxseeds and frozen berries and fresh strawberries - absolutely delicious and crumbled on top one square of 85% Dark chocolate.

Add to the above cleaning house and doing my cook up for the week ahead and also my hubby's books for his business I had a very satisfying week.

I got to eat lots of delicious nutritious metabolic precise food (and lots of it - I love my food) including my homemade metabolic precise ice cream and chocolate. I felt fantastic, had lots of energy to get through my busy days and touch wood, I have not had a sick day. Everyone at work has been fighting off the flu and cold this week.

I worked out for 1 and 1/2 hours this week, three (3) x half hour weight training (FIRE) sessions and no cardio.

My metabolism is on fire and it is sooooo easy to maintain my current weight.

If you would like to have lots of energy, eat lots of delicious food, change the shape of your body and exercise for less than 3% of the week sign up for a free consultation at www.absoversixty.com and while you are there check out the transformation stories.

Well that is my update for the week, I look forward to catching up again in 7 days or so.
